Odesa Region — PV + BESS

In the Odesa Region, Solar Garden has delivered an integrated project combining a solar power plant and a battery energy storage system.

Main project parameters

  • Solar power plant capacity: 1.99 MW
  • Huawei battery energy storage system power: 2 MW
  • Battery energy storage capacity: 9 MWh

Combining a solar power plant with battery storage makes it possible to store part of the generated electricity and use it when required by the facility.

This can be especially valuable during periods of higher consumption, reduced solar generation or instability in the external grid.

When developing such solutions, it is important to coordinate the operation of solar modules, inverters, battery systems, the facility’s internal network and the energy management system.

Poltava Region — Solar Power Plant

The project in the Poltava Region includes a solar power plant with a capacity of 2.07 MW.

A commercial solar power plant of this scale can support the electricity needs of an enterprise or become part of a separate renewable energy investment project.

During implementation, Solar Garden considers:

Agricultural Enterprise — Cherkasy Region

For an agricultural enterprise in the Cherkasy Region, Solar Garden delivered an integrated solution combining a solar power plant and a battery energy storage system.

  • Solar power plant capacity: 0.69 MW
  • Hithium battery energy storage system power: 1 MW
  • Battery energy storage capacity: 4.18 MWh

For agricultural businesses, such solutions can be particularly relevant because of significant daytime electricity consumption, seasonal operations and the need to maintain stable power supply for production equipment.

The solar power plant can cover part of the facility’s current electricity demand, while the battery system can store surplus generation and supply electricity during periods of higher load.
