Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless there is a statutory exclusion.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
For services, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter, about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This may apply in particular to individually planned photovoltaic systems, project-related components, custom-made products or system solutions designed specifically for a particular property.
