Our Team
Solar Garden brings together specialists working on renewable energy projects, including solar power plants and battery energy storage systems.
Our team supports clients and investors at different stages of project delivery — from the first assessment and technical concept development to engineering, equipment supply, construction, commissioning and operation.
We combine engineering expertise, project management experience and knowledge of the Ukrainian energy market to develop practical, commercially sound and scalable solutions for businesses, developers, energy funds and international investors.
Expertise United by One Goal
The implementation of a solar power plant or battery energy storage system requires coordinated work from specialists in different areas.
Within one project, it is necessary to consider the technical characteristics of the facility, grid connection conditions, electricity consumption profile, equipment requirements, permitting procedures, budget and project timeline.
The Solar Garden team coordinates these processes and helps clients move through the key project stages. We analyse initial data, define the optimal system configuration, select equipment, supervise implementation and coordinate communication between all project participants.
Serhii Pronenko — Founder & CEO
Serhii Pronenko is responsible for the strategic development of Solar Garden, the company’s key business directions and cooperation with partners and investors.
The main goal is to develop projects that help businesses and communities use renewable energy, reduce dependence on traditional electricity sources and strengthen energy resilience.
“We believe that the future of Ukraine’s energy sector lies in resilient solutions. Our mission is to make solar energy accessible and profitable for international investors while contributing to the country’s energy independence.”
Vladyslav Korotniuk — Director of Solar Garden
Vladyslav Korotniuk is responsible for the company’s operational management, internal coordination and organisation of project delivery.
His work connects technical, commercial and management processes. This helps Solar Garden control project timelines, maintain clear communication with clients and ensure that implemented solutions meet the agreed technical requirements.
Viktor Mentiukov — Head of BESS Division
Viktor Mentiukov leads the battery energy storage systems direction and supports the integration of storage technologies into energy projects.
Battery energy storage systems can be used for backup power, optimisation of electricity consumption, storage of surplus solar generation and improved energy resilience for businesses.
Within each project, it is important to determine the required power and storage capacity, charging and discharging scenarios, the method of grid integration and interaction with solar generation and on-site consumers.
Olha Slyshynska — Chief Sales Manager
Olha Slyshynska is responsible for initial communication with clients, processing project enquiries and supporting customers during the first stages of cooperation.
During the first consultation, it is important to clarify the facility type, project location, electricity consumption profile, available area, required capacity and primary project objective.
Based on this information, the Solar Garden team can recommend the most suitable next step, whether it is a technical assessment, preliminary calculation, feasibility study or commercial proposal.
How the Solar Garden Team Works
Every project starts with an analysis of the client’s needs.
The team gathers initial information, evaluates technical conditions and defines possible implementation scenarios.
The main stages of cooperation may include:
- initial consultation;
- facility and electricity consumption analysis;
- assessment of solar generation potential;
- sizing of a solar power plant or battery energy storage system;
- preliminary technical concept;
- feasibility study;
- engineering design;
- equipment selection and supply;
- construction and installation works;
- commissioning;
- project handover;
- service and technical support.
This approach helps ensure consistent project delivery and keeps responsibility for key processes within one coordinated team.
Working with Businesses and Investors
Solar Garden works with companies for which electricity is a significant operating cost, as well as with developers, funds and investors interested in renewable energy projects in Ukraine.
We cooperate with foreign investors, developers, energy funds, EU companies and businesses with high electricity consumption.
For each client category, we create an appropriate cooperation model. Businesses may need solutions to reduce energy costs and improve energy independence, while investors may require technical assessment, generation forecasts, risk management and clear project economics.
Responsibility for Results
Solar Garden focuses on transparent communication, well-founded technical decisions and control of the key stages of project implementation.
Each project is considered individually. When developing a solution, we take into account not only the planned installed capacity, but also real operating conditions, grid configuration, business processes, available budget and future expansion opportunities.
Our goal is to help clients receive an energy system that meets the actual needs of the facility and can operate reliably throughout its planned service life.
Discuss Your Project with the Solar Garden Team
Are you planning to build a solar power plant, install a battery energy storage system or develop an energy investment project in Ukraine?
Contact the Solar Garden team and share the main information about your facility. Please include the project location, business type, estimated electricity consumption, available area and expected result.
After receiving your request, our specialist will review the initial data and recommend the most suitable next step — consultation, preliminary estimate, technical assessment or commercial proposal.
